This agreement is solely for the use of the "Metronome Pro+ | Record & Play" software (hereinafter referred to as this "Software"). Users are hereby specially reminded to carefully read this "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Users should carefully read all clauses of this "Agreement", including the disclaimer clauses that exempt or limit the liability of this "Software" and the restrictions on users' rights. The use of this "Software" must comply with national relevant laws and policies, safeguard national interests, protect national security, and comply with this "Agreement". All responsibilities arising from the user's illegal or violation of this "Agreement" use shall be entirely borne by the user, and have nothing to do with this "Software" and cooperative units. If it causes losses to this "Software" and cooperative units, this "Software" and cooperative units have the right to require the user to compensate, and have the right to immediately stop providing services to them, retain relevant records, and reserve the right to cooperate with judicial organs to pursue legal responsibilities.
This "Software", like most Internet software, may be invaded by various security problems; other software downloaded and installed by the user using this "Software" contains viruses such as "Trojan horses", threatening the security of the user's computer information and data, and then affecting the normal use of this "Software", etc. Users should enhance the awareness of information security and the protection of user data, pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.
Any other software derived from this "Software" that is not authorized and officially released by this "Software" is illegal. If the user violates the provisions of this "Agreement" or related service terms, resulting in or producing any claims, demands, or losses from any third party, including reasonable litigation costs and attorney fees, you agree to compensate us, cooperative companies, and affiliated companies, and keep them harmless. In this regard, we have the right to take measures including but not limited to interrupting the use license, stopping the provision of services, restricting use, and legal recourse depending on the nature of the user's behavior.
Using this "Software" is at the user's own risk. We do not make any type of guarantee for this "Software", whether express, implied, or statutory guarantees and conditions, including but not limited to the merchantability, applicability, no viruses, no negligence or technical flaws, ownership, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement express or implied guarantees and conditions of this "Software". In any case, for direct, indirect, incidental, special, and subsequent damages and risks arising from the use or inability to use this "Software", we and cooperative units do not bear any responsibility.
If technical failures and other force majeure events affect the normal operation of the service, this "Software" promises to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible and deal with and repair it in a timely manner, but we do not bear any responsibility for the economic losses suffered by users as a result.
